Return Policy
We are proud of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Bang & Olufsen products carry a three year manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund within 30 days of receipt. To ensure proper credit/refund, please email bangolufsen@brainstormlogistics.com with order number, serial numbers if applicable and contact info or call 800-840-4733 to obtain a return authorization number, prior to return.

Your Bang & Olufsen product is guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and materials for three years following purchase.
